Ambient Air Temperature Sensor

Post by vd443h » Thu Mar 08, 2018 9:05 am

Hi everybody. I just purchased a 2014 last week and am noticing the temperature on my radio says -40. I’m guessing the Ambient Air Temperature sensor is bad. Does anyone know where the sensor is located. Is there any other ideas on what might be causing the issue. My understanding is that I will not be able to get my AC working correctly in the summer if I can’t get this sorted out.

Thank you!! It was right in the middle of everything. Had it been on the correct bracket it may have been easier to find. I took it off sprayed some WD40 on the inside and it seems to be functioning correctly.
