Car has very new battery, 50k miles. Everything was working fine, except noticed that the clock had been reset and there was a clicking noise coming from under the kick board. Started fine, but the next day the ignition failed. Tried starting multiple times, and none of the electric components (locks, lights, auto start) would work. Occasionally, the auto start would begin ignition process, but would cut off. Left it for a few hours, came back and the lights were on by themselves. Everything is dead now but there is still a loud clicking sound coming from a black box full with colored tabs numbered with 5s and 10s. It goes on when the lights switch is flipped on and the hazard tab is pushed down. Any ideas of what it could be? Hopefully I'll just have to disable remote start.
