Hi all, 2005 500 se awd 88,000 miles.
When I get in the car in the morning, that is in the garage, and I go to start it, it starts to stutter and will not come up to idle. Also the radio is on a different station and the vents start moving like it is repositioning it self like when the battery would be disconnected and connected up again.
If I start to tap the gas pedal it starts to stutter up to idle and then levels off and remains at normal idle. The mechanic changed the alternator at 87,554, put in napa alternator.
The plugs were changed at 78,000 and throttle body was cleaned. Fuel filter was changed at around 52,000.
Once it is first started it starts fine the rest of the day and also does not act up every morning.
I know there probably has to be some investigating work or wait till it goes completely.
No service engine light.
Just wondering if anybody had this problem. Thanks , Jim.

2005 Five Hundred cold starting problem
Re: cold starting
I searched other forums and found similar problems.
And people took car to the dealer and dealer said nothing wrong.
I guess I have to cross my fingers everytime I go to start it.
