Gentlemen, I just removed my passenger side headlight off my 2015 Taurus, because it had major condensation inside. This has happened several times and each time I used a hair dryer to blow out the moisture. I finally bit the bullet and pulled off the front bumper cover to remove the headlight bucket. After heating and drying it for the final time, I hope, I looked closely at the reflector, which was clearly visible. I was amazed to see the reflector is an elliptical HID reflector. No doubt about it. It even has the shield and motor to flip the shield down for high beam. Now you can guess why these headlights are so poor with incandescent light bulbs. In order to save a dollar, Ford made only one set of headlights, instead of HID for the upscale vehicles and regular headlights for the rest of us folks. It always comes down to the profit margin.
