Mario wrote:Ok so I know that some people on here have tinted windows on their 500's so let me pose a question that I'm wondering. When you roll your window down, is there a streak when you let it down? I had this company tell me that it was b/c all 500's have a rubber stop gaurd at the bottom of the window so it was gonna cost me an extra 50 bucks per door. Do this sound about right to anyone? I called several places but this is the only guy that told me this. Any thoughts please?
I have tint. Don't have streaking issue, although I've seen it on other vehicles and an old Infiniti G20 I use to own. Drove me me crazy.

But all 500's and he wants to charge you an extra $50 for per door? Ehhh. No.

Well after about 6months or so I notice some small streaks on the inside (like you would if you just washed your windows) but its all good nothing that is really noticable and whatnot. I can deal with it.

Try using window cleaner with out ammonia on the inside. Ive got some stuff that is more like a foam once sprayed that works real well. It wont mess with the tint at all and will probably wipe off some excess glue water or what ever is on there for a smoother finish.
