They sure were a lot of fun.

You could buy a Road Runner 426cid Hemi that would turn 9.6 in a quarter mile right out of the box.

The runs down Front Street in Philly on Saturday nights... The Cops would leave us alone to do our thing.

The smell of bleach and burning rubber still sticks in my mind. :lol:

Didn't get into Philly much. Too many fun things to do in Delaware Cty. There was the Chester Pike Drive-in. Then there was the McDade Blvd Drive-in. Then there was the West Chester Drive-in. In those days, I knew a lot about the back seats of cars. Do you get my drift? '<)
