I sure hope the Flex does well. I think it will. I've been in a few so far and absolutely love the spacious interior. Our Explorer is reaching the end of it's life, just in time for us to get a Flex. Another thing I like about the car is the way it sits, nice and low to the ground like a car. The on...

RStabb is right, the studs are pressed into the hub, which is part of the bearing. The rotor then slides over the studs. And the names commonly use are wheel studs or wheel bolts. And RStabb, hitting the studs with a hammer can cause brinelling on the ball raceways, which in time will case spalling ...

Be sure to press out the bolt, not hit it with a hammer. Beating it out can damage the bearing.

I've never measured my swaybars. Since it's not an item that wears out or highly upgraded there probably isn't much information floating around.

I spent some time in one a couple of weeks ago. I really liked the leather, nice and compfy. We had it in the sqeak and rattle booth and the interior was way quiet. It should sell pretty good since it really feels like a luxury car.

Maybe instead of flying around the country looking at vehicles you should stay at home and work on the site.

That minivan stigma is exactly why we never bought one. instead we went the SUV route. Now that the crossovers are available we will be looking at them to replace our aging Explorer. I really like the new Flex, hopefully my wife will too when she gets in one.

Kinda hard to do a 3 year study on a 2007 model.

In three years this chart should look much better for us Ford people.

There's tons of them out west. I went out to the coastal states on vacation and couldn't believe how many foreign cars there were. I guess my area, MI/OH/KY, is still represented because of the US OEM location.

I personally don't like the Lincoln naming system. But since it works with some brands Ford figured it should work with theirs.
